My order id is 2128553. I ordered hand gloves from this site but when I received the product, it was of smaller size. I requested to exchange the product for a bigger size. Since the day I received the product, I have been calling repeatedly to the customer care regarding the reverse pickup.
But I am just getting assurance that it will be done in 48 hrs. Its been more then 15 days and I m getting assurance only. It was a worst online shopping experience with Healthkart. May you shi*** people rot in hell.
