you are definitely a person from healthkart management team.Just try to return or exchange a product on healthkart.i swear they gonna test your patience to the core. Definitely getting a refund is not as easy as u have mentioned here. Dont con ppl.
Latest update- The product was picked up by the courier company after a hassle of 12 days..Now i m waiting to receive the refund from them..its already 7 days since the pickup is done and i keep on getting assurance that once it reaches the warehouse,money will be converted to credit points..lets se read more...
