I was unfortunate enough to book a two day stay at Hotel Parklane, Secunderabad fron 02-12-2008 to 04-12-2008. As my stay at the hotel was totally incomfortable and lacked even basic minimum services , I had brought the complaints to the notice of the receptionist and had also entered my complaint in the complaint register maintained at the hotel.
Bed linen was unclean and room plaster was in bad shape. Even the water tap in the bathroom was leaking. I requested the front office to either get the things done or change the room. But the staff was very much rude. On second day I had to check out early in the morning, I requested them to provide simple breakfast ( charged in room rent) at 7:00 AM, but it was refused. I was told that the management was very much business oriented and top priority is given to customer care. I was further told that it is the endeavur of the management of the hotel that no inconvenience is faced by any customer and top priority is always given to redressal of customer complaints. I was assured that not only Ill get proper acknowledgement from the management, my grievances ll also be resolved within a fortnight. But I regret that till date, I still expect a response from them. It is not a customer friendly behaviour. I certainly advise customers to avoid this hotel
