These are totally unreliable. I am sending them e-mail for redressal of my problem. Everytime I get a prompt response,'' We'll revert you after 3-4 days'' Unfortunately they forget to mention month/year each time. It is your luck you may receive their proper reply in 2013,2014,2015,2016 or later.

it is easy to get hotel bookings at travelguru.com thru' their toll free number. but it is difficult to get credit for cancellations. each time you contact them, you are given a mumbai telephone number, which is connected to an answering machine and you end up paying for the STD call goyalwc@yaho read more...
