The private sector banks are not only making money in the country but even very cruel and harsh towards its customers. India being a democratic country failed to maintain the democracy of its citizens we are still under the clutches as well as dependents under the foreigners. Banks like Citibank, HSBC, Standard Chartered or any other private banks did not have any sense of social responsibilty in their business in the country. They make a lot of money out of which , the developed countries are benefitted . It starts with grabing of customers by selling credit cards, opening accounts, providing loans at higher rate of interest through the various DMA or DSA or through direct selling.
As soon as they get their customers they start to squeeze them through their agents providing them more and more credit at a huge rate of interest or any other charges and at the same time mentally torturing them to pay the min balance on the due date. If payment is late , it is quite sure that you will find enough disturbances through phone calls, and repeatedly asking the same questions .....
The workplace of the telecallers is very interesting, they are asked to fulfil a huge target throughout the day, rough behaviour, abusive languages, as if some cowards are allowed to graze on the fields.... On the other hand sales executives who are allowed to work in the field also had to fulfil their targets otherwise they get no salary, except for the number of products that was sold, which is too less to meet the daily travelling expenses of the individual.
I feel, that to stop such exploitation in the country it is required to make unions amongst the workers who are exploited and also some associations amongst the customers who are exploited.
We must try to stop such exploitations at the earliest before we are not too late to be the victims of colonialism once more.
