Have you noticed the ’’ Hum Hai Na! Ad on the TV, (ICICI Home Loan Ad) of a girl jumping up & down to wear a sari.
Well, that’s what ICICI bank is now!
The Bank has no business ethics - It is now on a mission to collect more & more charges under different heads to feed their young inexperienced staffers & for all their plush offices spread all over India & abroad, their ads.
This ad gives you a sneak preview of what it’s going to do if you become their Valued Customer - it will walk straight into your bedroom & undress your sari & then help you “wear it their way” just the way it is in the ad.
Further down the ad, you will see the ICICI bank guy coming from behind and holding on to the hapless guy’s shoulder - who is confused with lot of forms on his tea-table.
It was fortunate, that the Bank’s rep did not hold the lady’s shoulder.
That’s what it is – IT WILL HOLD YOU FROM BEHIND - UNAWARES
Hum Hai Na ! Yes they are there to loot you in the long run with their unexplained charges, newly introduced charges - which will not be intimated to you, until it has been debited to your a/c & you raise a query about it. If you read the small fine print agreement, they are allowed to do this & you agree to abide by their terms for all future charges. (Has anyone read this?)
Regarding staffers – well, I don’t want to name anybody here as it might affect his future - when I talked to one, he was so inexperienced, he spent ¾ th of his time shuttling between his chair & to his superior – seated somewhere inside. I discreetly asked him how long have you been on this job. – His answer – “Three months – First Job” His Visiting card says “ xxxx” – Senior Customer Relationship Executive”
Go ahead and Bank that loots you ! – 8 am to 8 pm with them. You need a lot of time to do little.
