I agree that this timtara site should be blocked. I recently read a review that one person paid 6 lakhs for his purchases at timtara. As usual, material not delivered. Hi, Any phone no. to contact The Charge Back Unit, HDFC Bank, at Kanjurmarg ? Sent the docs and form on Jan 21,2013, but no response yet. Worst thing, the HDFC Credit Card Support guy at Bangalore : 080-66224332 is not even aware that such 'Charge Bank Unit' exists.

As soon as they introduced those unethical charges on ISA, I started my process to close my account which it took almost 2 months to get the job done, I even posted here warning people to close their ISA account. Good review from you.
