I used ICICI card for 4 years now. I pay all my card payments regularly ontime without a single exception. But, there are lot of things that I really do not like in ICICI card:
ICICI cards do not let you change the billing cycle. I got this changed from other bank’s cards(HSBC) to suite my needs. ICICI just refuse to do so.
They keep changing the reward point system quite frequently. The value of one reward point is less than 50 paise. They would charge more than 1100 points for Rs. 500 voutchers. All other banks charge max 625 points for Rs 500 voutchers.
They keep changing the reward points on their own. Many times I noticed they had reduced the points I had without any reason. You would loose your points if you do not keep track of those.
The add-on card is not secure. They do not provide the VISA secure on ad-on cards. They provide this service only for the primary card.
Recently they withdrew the insurance benefits from all the credit cards. I got to know this from my statements where it was mentioned that they are withdrawing these facilities.
