Inalsa breaks

*I bought a inalsa sleek silver chopper and blender. Its less than a year still. It looked and worked great and it was very useful for the kitchen.

It stopped working in less than six months. The blenders motor is working but the blender has a connection from where it can rotate the blades which is made of plastic and has sort of weared out in like four months. This really sucks because I bought the blender thinking it would last me for years and also because inalsa was supposedly a good company, I have submitted it to the service center to get repaired and those guys are morons since its been more than a month and I dont why they dont have the spare parts. I will keep you guys posted. Help Help Help Help Help Help Help Help

update:

the service center guys told me that the blender is fixed and I went all the way to them which takes~1 hour and those morons had fit some other part onto this blender and its not working. these guys are morons I dont know what this warranty means first of all this company has put a part which breaks so easily then they dont have it in stock and dont know which part to replace whats the meaning of the warranty? If they cant fix it shouldnt they just replace the whole thing and at least honor the warranty? whats the point of repair which takes 3 months to take, I dint buy the blender so that it can lie in the service center for 3 months.

By the way I also sent a few emails to inalsa guys at the email on their website but no reponse. I guess they are still living in stone age.
