Thanks IFB for contacting me and thanks to mouthshut for providing this platform. I wish to update you on what is the current state. They have a hospital in ring road near attapur also, that seems to be their main hospital as its much better managed and they some very good doctors there.

Hi, I also switched to hsbc after they promised cash backs on the credit card and other benefits but what i have found is that they are useless as you have mentioned. the customer service is horrible.
