This is with respect to my order number 200720090123. Thiswas to be delivered/shipped on 27th July.
I first called up the customer service on 24thJuly and I was told that the order will be shipped as scheduled on 27thJuly. First of all I was really not aware that 27th July was theshipment date and not delivery date.
Again I called on 27th July and I was told theorder will be shipped on 27th July evening. The status on the website kept on reflecting Ready to Ship. I called again on 28th July and I was told thereis some delay and it will be shipped by 28th July.
The status on the website did not change. Now today I called customer service again and I am beingtold supplier does not have the product. This is totally unacceptable. I am forced to cancel my order. Cancellation requestno 95638. I wasted couple of weeks in this process with lot of timeand energy. Lot of time the customer service phone is not picked up at all.
