I placed an order# 130120090973 with indiaplaza, its the Twilight series book 1 and New moon book 2 a gift to my wife to be delivered on 16th Jan Friday.
But these good for nothing indiaplaza guys disappointed me so much that I hate them so much Ill never shop with them ever ever again.
First of all they got my payment 2 days later even though ICICI bank debited my account instantly, doesnt explain why other shopping websites get my payments instantly, so IndiaPlaza is incompetent in many ways.
Next on the order status its mentioned Ill get my product by 16th.
Then comes this email on the 16th, date of delivery.
We regret to inform you there is a delay in shipping out the title New Moon
that you placed under order # 130120090973. The same will be shipped by 27th
Jan.
Our sincere apologies for the delay and inconvenience caused
BS, I emailed them to cancel my order, I shouldve booked from Amazon. Now Ill fight all the way till they refund. Im waiting for their reply
My advise to you, never shop with them, If they dont have something why list it, India plaza is well known for this crap shopping funda.
