I ordered 4 books online on Indiaplaza. The order hasn’t reached me even after 10 days. The site says it ships out order in 3 days. Both the website and me are based out of Bangalore. If it takes this long for a local order then God help the others.
I have spent more money on phone calls to their customer care than the order itself. I have no clue when it will get shipped. The customer care is rude and under-informed.
WILL NEVER shop on this website again.

The customer care takes thier own sweet time to respond to my ticket and finally when they do, they give me only half the information. I am updating this on 9th Feb’11. The status on my order(IN2801110125) still reads under progress and will be shipped by 4th Feb 2011.
