I am sooo surprised reading negative comments abt this site. I’ve been ordering from this site since it was known as fabmall.
Since I order mostly books, i find tht the discounts available are extremely competitive and also I keep gting many gift certificates which are very encouraging.I recently became a bookclub member and I must confess that the status ’Ready to Ship’ was very frustrating to me too...however within a week the details were mailed to me and my books worth Rs.500 are now on its way.I guess patience pays off.Also any queries mailed have been promptly replied to within 2 days as promised.
My husband ordered for a camera a few months bak and the memory stick which was supposed to be free didnt come along wth the package.An email sent was replied to...and even though we had to wait almost a month and several emails bak and forth later...the memory stick was replaced.All I am saying is tht...the site is not perfect...but soo far ive always recieved prompt service and any queries have always been answered.
