I had placed a pre-order of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows on the promise that it would be delivered on the date of release i.e. July 21, 2007. Not only has it not been delivered, but these cheats are not even responding to the phone calls and emails. Now I have no option infront of me but to keep trying the forever busy customer support phone number. The book was supposed to be sent to someone as a brthday gift, and even if they do deliver it now, the occasion is gone. Whom to trust online.the industry is still very premature in India.stick to the conventional bookstores.
