Very Bad First experience with Indiaplaza

I was a first time user at Indiaplaza.com. Though there were many negative propaganda regarding the issues of delievery and delievery of cheaper goods than ordered, I thought of trying it myself. And I am very sad to learn that in my very first order, I have had a very bad experience from its services. To explain in detail, I had ordered Enter PS2 Optical Mouse Black (E-50B) on 17/08/2011.I received the E100B version which is priced at 150Rs. MRP.Now they have charged me Rs. 179 saying that the MRP of the mouse is Rs.249.So I have been charged 29 Rs. above the MRP, which is a fraud in itself. Secondly, in the product details at:

It is clearly mentioned here that ports available are : PS2 and USB.Whereas I have received the mouse with only PS2. I wanted to use this mouse solely on my laptop and thats the reason I had ordered this mouse as it was showing a discount of 70 Rs on MRP and it was supporting both USB and PS2.But now I have received a PS2 only mouse which is MRP of 150 though I have been charged 179.


Though I called repeatedly about the issue at their Customer Care and even raised complaints online on their portal, they never respond to my complain. My complian is still open on thier site still after 2 reminders, if this is not cheating then what else can be said about this site. I am using other online shopping portals, especially for books viz. flipkart.com and am very satisfied with their service. It is not that they don’t make mistakes, but atleast they repond to our complaints immediately. This site, Indiaplaza.com, does not even care about the customers and gives them dubious , cheaper products.


I am not here to spread wrong propaganda against the site, so I am even publishing my order no :

As this page is moderated by indiaplaza.com also, I hope they see this and respond to the complaint, so that the faith of other online users is restored in its site, else time will come when Indiaplaza.com would be tried in consumer court for fooling customers like me.
