Take this as a warning from from me. Indiaplaza.in is nothing but a way to fool people. I had ordered a gift for my fiancee which was meant to be delivered on a specific date. Till even 3 days before the stipulated date of delivery, the order status showed as "Ready to ship" (meaning it was still not dispatched through any courier). So I raised a ticket to their customer support to which they promptly sent me an SMS and replied to me saying that the order will be delivered on the specific date. So I was happy. Things were fine till then. I liked their promptness.
But the actual date of delivery came but the status was still showing as "Ready to ship". So I called up their customer care to report my concern. One lady took the call and she literally shouted on me saying that your gift will be delivered today. She said that there is no way she can track the status of the courier as the waybill number was not yet updated. So I waited till the evening but the gift was not delivered. I called up the customer care again and guy who took the call this time sounded helpless. He said that he is unable to track the status of the goods. I dont understand that why do they have a Customer Care who are just as helpless as you. Till today the gift has not been delivered.
Please dont fall into their trap. I just only hope that at least I get my refund soon. I am editing my review today as my order was finally delivered on 20th October (3 days after the stipulated date). Following that Indiaplaza gave me a free Rs 250 Gift Certificate for another online purchase. Probably, they wanted to apologize for their late delivery. I used it buying a book online and this time there were no delays. The book was delivered on the second day itself :-)I wish they continue to maintain the professionalism like this rather than causing heartburn to their customers.
