Ordered a DVD 3 weeks ago , still not received it . I Don’t even see the status of order. Status says ’No Status has been set for your order Check later ’
Sent an email to customer service , after 4-5 days reply comes back saying as soon as they get in stock , I will receive it . But website never says ’out of stock ’ . I Don’t even know if I will receive it or not but as soon as u order , they will charge your credit card . So be careful when doing business with them. Going to wait for few days and if I don’t receive it, will contact to my credit card company. My mistake did not read others review before ordering.
I will never order anything from them. terrible exeperience.
