I had ordered a Galaxy tab 730 (almost 23K) from Indiaplaza for my wife’s birthday . The site guaranteed a delivery within 4-5 days. After 10 days they call me and tell me that their product is out of stock and that they will offer me a similar product. If I wanted a different product, I would have ordered that one and not this product. I don’t go to market to buy apple and come back with mangoes. This is so unprofessional and irresponsible on their part. This is such a breach of trust.
I would suggest everybody to buy only from reliable websites, because sites like indiaplaza really breaks the trust one places on e-commerce sites. After reading so many complaints against Indiaplaza on so many forums, I am sure they are not going to be around for long.
