I had very bad experience with Indiaplaza when I ordered for few books from them. They never supply the items in time, Queries are not answered promptly. Your money is unnecessarily held up with them. I would say that their actions do not invoke confidence in buyers.
I find they post a probable shipping date at their site against each item of books, but don’t ship the item even after considerable lapse of time, you have to remind them. For buying books online, I recommend other sites such as https://landmarkonthenet.com, https://sapnaonline.com etc. which are very prompt in service. I don’t say Indiaplaza is a fraud site, but with their present level of service, they don’t deserve to be in online business.
My buying from this site was confined to three books in Sept 2010, and I am quite dissatisfied with their services and I don’t recommend this site to anybody.
