I placed an order of merely INR 200 on 25th Oct, it’s been 15 days and I haven’t received its delivery.
And they ask me to wait till Monday which is another 3 days away. I cannot cancel the order , the only option is to reject it when it is delivered.
So basically I’ll have to wait for the delivery to cancel my order. DO NOT buy anything from this website, the prices may be 10-15% cheaper but the services suck. They didn’t even bother to pro-actively inform me that there was some problem with the courier service provider. I had to constantly follow up with them.
