I had ordered for a Fujifilm Digital camera online on 7th. August 08 but Indiaplaza.in, Bangalore based on line store, failed to deliver the camera till 25 August 2008 so cancelled order and Indiaplza.in has failed to refund the amount even till 3rd. September 2008, in spite of daily reminders. TOTALLY BOGUS AND UN-TRUSTWORTHY IS INDIAPLAZA.IN .FOR PEACE OF MIND ONE SHOULD NEVER DEAL WITH INDIAPLAZA.IN
I SHALL NEVER SUGGEST ANY OF MY FRIENDS TO BUY ANYTHING FROM INDIAPLAZA.IN Indiaplaza.in did not bother to peep in as to why the refund is not received by me even after 10 days.
Indiaplaza.in has simply fooled me as per my experience. There is no reply on dialling the helpline phone too. One the payment is deducted by Indiaplaza.in we are in fix. The customer is lucky if the goods are delivered in time. There are no phone numbers or E mail addresses of any higher authority to contact and to give feedback.
