On 16/04/2010, i made the supreme blunder of buying a mobile phone; samsung galaxy spica(i5700) with order number in1604100223 for the value of rs.12763. They informed that they would ship by 7 days, i.e.by 23/04. Finally on 24th i got a message saying that the item is shipped with consignment number c91873906 via first flight couriers. I tried tracking it online but it was not trackable.
So i called up first flight customer care and they said they have not received any product with that consignment number. I called indiaplaza several times. Their customer cell(instead of picking up calls within the 3rd ring like good companies) only pick up once u ring up minimum 4-5 times. They insist that the product has been shipped and told me that it will become trackable in a day’s time.they told the same excuse on 3 consecutive days on 26th, 27th and 28th. They cut me off when i told them i need more information about the product and shipping details. Now today its the 12th day after placing the order. I don’t even know if its shipped. Have they cheated me out of 13 thousand bucks?? I don’t know. I’m really upset. Its not just a few grand. I’ve been saving up for this mobile for months.
So , if your rich and don’t mind risking your money, feel free to shop at this website. Otherwise avoid the shopping site like the plague! It is the worst online shopping experience i have ever had. I’ve bought from ebay dozens of times. The only reason i chose indiaplaza was that the product was 1000 rupees cheaper than in ebay. What a horrible mistake i have made.
I urge all of you to please read this and take heed. Please do not throw away your hard earned money in this bogus website.
