Please don’t use indiaplaza for your online purchase. I have ordered an multimedia speaker on 2nd Jan. Now, twenty days gone. I didn’t receive anything. Indiaplaza’s customer service is an very worst one. They can’t give genuine answer for our queries.

I inquired their customer care many times. More than two times, they assured me to ship the product immediately. after 20 days, a guy told me they don’t have the stock. And after that conversation they sent me an mail and stated //As requested by you we are canceling the item. //
Defenitely, it’s a fraud manner.
I have paid the order through my credit card. These guys told me they will refund my money in next seven to ten days. Then what will happen to the interest charge?
Already my friends warned me about these site. They have similar experience
