I had a terrible experience with this site and its customer care. I recently had placed 2 separate orders (IN2905100032 and IN2905100035) worth about $100. Each order was for fresh flower bouquet and cake. These orders were never delivered and upon inquiry their customer care folks were not able to provide proper reasoning NOR were they willing to refund the order amount. I even offered the option of "store credit" but they were unwilling to entertain it. They line of defence was that the order was fulfilled and their supplier had attempted delivery. In reality that could not be true as no one had received the order.
It was evdent that they really didn’t care about the customers or their experience but were rather happily content to guzzle your money without any conscious under the pretext of the various disclaimer on their web-site. Their customer care representatives were prompt to close every query upon providing a standard response of "we are soory for your experience. I also requested this to be escalated and contact one of their management staff but to no avail. I don’t belive they have any true intent of helping out the customers and they really don’t have any escalation process.
Do not gamble with your hard earned money and STAY AWAY from using this site to send anything to your loved one’s in India!!
