I had ordered a case of 12 alphanso mangoes. It was through their
Ad on their site. My order number was 060420080369.
The payment was made instantly via my credit card.
The ordered case was supposed to be despatched within 5 days but was despatched
After 20 days. The courrier took almost 6 days to deleiver the case.
On opening the case, three mangoes were completely rotten.
The rest when cut were rotten from and around the "guthli".
The matter was reported to the sender bangoes.com
In pune. It was also reported to indiaplaza customer care.
Both kept quiet. Till date no response received from either of them.
Through your site I would like to caution the perspective customers to be careful
Of both these sites.
There is no customer care department. It is fake. They are out and out to cheat you.
Will you beleive each mango cost me more than rs.100/-
