Not Worth unless u can wait for 2 weeks or more !!

I recently ordered two books(earlier also I ordered around 10+) given they offer cheaper price compared to infibeam or flipkart.

My observation(mainly for books ordering):

-service is very slow

-there is no point in using any gift item as it will be delayed and can take upto 1 month

-rate is cheap, given they give 25% to all book membership holder(I was member for 1 year)

-shipping charges vary. Earlier it was free, then charged, now again free.

-packaging is good

-search in website is bad. Better use google ->name+ indiaplaza

-use of icl couriers which is not trackable from their website.

But slow shipping is a big problem. For example, see orders

They are yet to be shipping and today is 21(evening-so day is gone)

I raised a ticket but no reply.

Bottomline: If you are buying cheap items which may not break(or no possibility of fake item) during shipping-like books-you may use them, with expected delays of 1 week or more.

Otherwise spend a little more and have peace of mind and goto flipkart(my 1st choice), ebay, etc.

Edit:

I received a call from Indiaplaza, same day I wrote the review.

I received both the books I order on 25th April, well packaged and in good condition. As such, I am re-rating the website. Thumps up to them, atleast trying to solve the issue in time!(and finally solving it)

Update:

My another order IN0305110118 May 10 2011 is stuck with them. 10 days, nothing happened:(

As I said earlier, they are super slow and may take upto 1 month!
