Ridiculous customer service....

Bought Samsung Blu ray BDD5300 on 19-03-10. Called cs when I saw no change for 10 days in order status only to find out the that product is not available at this time. A ticket was opened and got updated with the confirmation that the product will be shipped in 7 business days. After two days, the order got cancelled.


When I called cs again, I was told that the product is no longer available. And I’ll get my refund after 7-10 business days. The credit card was charged even though the order was never invoiced. I now have to pay my credit card bill for something I never purchased. And I have no clue when I’ll get my refund back.. Horrible service.. Beware of these frauds...
