I bought a senheiser head phones and a birla dry iron . Senheiser head phones reached me in time and reached pretty soon .but it looks little old and broken .the head phones sponge peeled off . and the effect is just horrible . I ordered another dry iron about the same time and it reached me 13 days later . When I plugged the iron box , I received a shock and I could see some sparks and smoke out of it.
I could see the 2 years warranty card was never signed or stamped with the seal , which is again useless ... I then googled and found this review forum looking so ugly for the same indiaplaza.in.There’s should be some way to sue these online frauds .I guess this website should be sealed in india .There’s absolutely no point in wasting time talking with the customer care or sending the good back for a replacement .

They gave me a 250 Rs gift voucher under their Customer Recovery plan using which I bought a deo and later order a jaipan kadai too . Both were delivered on time and were undamaged .Thanx India Plaza .
