This is Gayathri from Chennai. I booked padmini gas stove on 30th Dec, 2012. I have been told that my product will come in 7 working days. Till now, the product is not yet shipped from warehouse and I didn’t get any response from customer service.
I have sent several mailers and no response for that.. These people are cheating public by getting a money and not sending the product on time. I strongly say to public that not to choose indiaplaza in any given point of time.. Let this be a good lesson for me so that I shall never choose this in future..
I have cancelled the product now and again I have to wait for getting my refunded money.. I dont know when they will process that.. SUCH A POOR AND STUPID SERVICE THEY GIVE!!!!
PLEASE DON’T CHEAT PEOPLE LIKE THIS!!! YOU NEED TO VALUE YOUR CUSTOMERS BY GIVING THEM PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
