I was lured in by the good selection of books and decided to purchase a book. Account creation & payment was smooth & swift. Sure, they want your money so this part would be easy. And once they got your money, your troubles start.
Order tracking on their site is a joke. And no one responds to the ticket/complaint system. There is no contact number so you cannot talk to someone there. Two weeks pass by and no sign of my book and no response from their so called customer service. Luckily I paid with an international credit card with a fraud protection cover, so I filed a complaint about Indiaplaza.in and they reimbursed the amount.
Meanwhile I found MouthShut.com and the horrible reviews on indiaplaza.in. I completely agree that the site is a fraud & a cheat and should not be allowed to do business.
It is surprising that for a site that consistently got one or two star rating suddenly gets 5-stars in the last four reviews. And one of the guys "Karthik006" is even abusing others posters who gave negative reviews on Indiaplaza.in. I guess Indiaplaza is now hiring goons to bully reviewers in cyberspace. Don’t fall for the fake positive reviews people.
To sum-up AVOID INDIAPLAZA. It is a shame that a site that uses INDIA in its name has such fraudulent & unethical business practices. I wonder if there is any way to file a complaint on this.

Edit: Someone pointed out to me that they do have a contact phone number buried in the FAQs. My mistake then. It is a Bangalore number(not toll-free) and will cost you STD if calling from out of state.
