It is utterly pathetic that you are not able to keep your promise and at the same time the customer support is completely non-responsive.

It was clearly mentioned on the website that all orders placed on or before 22nd December will be delivered on or before 25th December. Now today is 26th December and both my orders are not delivered. Forget delivery, there is no consignment number, no track, nothing.
I called up customer care and a girl ’Rabya’ promised to prioritize these orders and make sure that the delivery happens by evening and she would call me back by 12 noon. But she left at around 5, caring a damn for a customer who would have so passionately ordered the Christmas gifts for his relatives. TOTALLY HEARTLESS!
When called again, the most insensitive word we here from the manager "Badrinath" saying "Sorry sir, we would cancel your order". How mean, my relatives are left with nothing and my emotions are simply "cancelled"
I would never order anything from India Plaza ever... highly disappointed!
