The only good thing about IndiaPlaza is the delivery time. Items usually arrive on time when you order something new. But if you ever have to return something for whatever reason, you are in for a long long time getting them to respond.
I ordered a pen-drive which did not work when it arrived. I mailed them and waited for a reply. After two days, I mailed them again. I eventually got a reply to my first email saying they had registered a complaint. Then I got yet another reply a couple of days later, saying they had registered yet another complaint for my reminder!
At this point, I am pretty sure that they do not have any "real" complaint tracking system. They just have some customer-relations staff manually addressing problems. To continue my story, the pick-up courier never called for more than a week. I sent yet another mail, and they promised some action within 3 days, I think. Again, this time, the courier arrived twice over a gap of 2-3 days . once for my original email, and once for the reminder!
Now its more than two weeks since they took away the damaged pen-drive. They gave me a replacement order which was in status "ready to ship" for more than a week. Yet again, I sent a reminder and waited a week. Now it turns out that they have cancelled the replacement order. There was no explanation, and no notification.
At this point I dont know if they intend to give me the pen-drive I paid for. I am definitely wary of coming to this site ever again!
Update: Let me complete the suspense. The "ready to ship" status remained for a long time until I mailed them again. A couple of weeks later, they replied saying they will refund my money because the item is out of stock. I checked. It was available for sale as usual on the website. But they did eventually return my money.
