Horrible customer support and delivery system

I made a purchase from Indiaplaza on  Nov 23 2011 (order id IN2311112893 ). I didn’t get any email confirmation from Indiaplaza after I made the payment using SBI Netbanking (Ref:27699762IG77899600 TRANSFER INB Marcado Online Pvt Ltd TECH_MARCADO Payment). So I called Indiaplaza customer support, they told me wait for 24 hrs. I called after 24hrs they told me to wait for another 24 hrs. I called after 48 hrs of purchase to the status of my order, they said it is under pending authorization, they told me to send the details of payment made to email id: authorization@indiaplaza.in.


I send my bank statement (screen shot of netbanking ) to above mentioned email id. Still now (28 Nov 2011) there is no response from Indiaplaza. When ever I called to customtakeouter support, their reply was not satisfactory, so I requested customtakeouter support executive to connect me to operations manager. customtakeouter support executive told me that, manager is busy with other works, they won’t talk over phone.


I am strongly recommending that, not purchase any thing from Indiaplaza.com.
