The Worst Shopping experience with indiaplaza.com

I have ordered a laptop ASUS X53SC-SX223D on 23-jan-2012 due to its low cost compare to other website. Before ordering I have called and confirmed about the product availability and price, their stupid customer care representative said that you can place order.


I kept watching the status of my product and it was always showing ready to ship. I called and raised the ticket in account section about the delay. they always said that we have send the query in concern department, after a week a phone call came to me and saying that the price of the product has raised, unless u will not pay the extra money we cannot process the product. What is this I have never seen any stupid organization like that. I argued but they didn’t ready to ship the product and at last I have been compelled to cancel my order.


Finally on 2-Feb-2012 they cancelled my order and said that within 7 working days amount will be credited to my account. I patiently wait for 7 days and on 10-feb-12 I called them. they again started the same crap, saying that we have send the query on our concern department.


After so much argument and abuses they finally said that the refund has been initiated and will be credited to my account within week. so I have to wait again for 7 days


This whole process harassed me so much; they kept my money for at least one month which they can use for any type of investment and can make money. They will never gain happiness especially there cheater bosses and supervisor like Jitendar. They are like Nigerian peoples who do scam on internet.


This is my request to all my friends never buy anything from these guys they will make u cry for your money,
