Indiaplaza. is one of the most pathetic online sites I have ever been to for shopping in India. I procured 12 Organically grown A Grade Alphonso Mangoes and recieved the shipment containing One Mango less than promised and they hardly looked like Alphonso.
Leave aside Organic and A Grade. Unlike as promised, the Mangoes did not weigh close to 250 gms each, had a dishevelled skin blackened from few places and all mangoes were green in color rather than yellow. The magoes tasted like cheap Sindoori or Totapari I feel totally cheated paying 681 Rs for a stale bunch of 11 Mangoes!
I have raised the matter with India plaza support team but have not heard anything so far. Until then my sincere recommendation to all the net savvy shoppers is to stay away from this site. Its all into gimmicks, doesn’t honour what it displays in the site and the product also doesn’t match the specifications. As promised, here’s my further update - Indiaplaza customer care has been nice enough to refund the cost of mangoes in full. It took one email and two followups. It was certainly bettter than what I expected!
