I had ordered one washing machine on 1st of july 2012, they said the product will be shipped within 10-15 days, On 3rd week of July I called up customer care to know the details of my product, they said it will be shipped within two days and I will get a call on further processing.
On 19th of July I had to call them up myself (because those crap people doesn’t even bother to sent a mail on delay from their part) and I came to know that they are going to cancel the order. If these people are not sure that they have the stock with them, then why the hell do they put ad in their site ?
And those Buggers don’t even mind to tell the customers about the shipment details even after two or t three weeks of delay from their side.
PLEASE RESTRAIN YOURSELF FROM PLACING AN ORDER IN THIS DUMB WEBSITE.
