I made an order(I29121200526) 29-Dec-2012, in spite of all the bad experience I had with these guys in the past. I still know why I did that mistake again, I thought they should have learned the business after so many years atleast by looking at the new comers like flipkart or snapdeal, but unfortunately they have’nt.
The order was shipped on 31/12/2012 through overnight courier for the last 12 days and still yet to reach me.
I think overnight couriers is an accomplice of this site, and they should be using bullock carts to transmit products. For the last 11 days the item is in transit between Delhi and Bangalore and shows no sign of delivery. I made calls to their so called call center and their online ticket submission page. No results.
Their shipping partner overnight couriers is much more worse, they don’t even pick up the call. Of course they are more matured than these guys as they are celebrating 25 years of much more horrible service.
Please stay away from this site for ever.
