I normally purchase book through flipkart and always got book in time and in excellent condition but last time unfortunately I thought I should try indiaPlaza(hope I had seen its review before :-( ) as price was cheaper than flipkart but they delivered it in 4 days which is not much of a problem but they delivered me second hand book(book is torn from side).
I registered a complaint on their site they said that they will contact me in 2 days but still after 10 days there is no communication from their side.Really disappointed with IndiaPlaza, will not recommend it to anyone.
