Bought HTC phone with special offer(free accessories worth Rs 500).(Order#in0709110978).  Phone was delivered quickly enough but accessories missing. Over the next 4 weeks I called customer service over a dozen times. My first ticket was closed saying that offer ended in august even though it was on the website at the time of order and it is mentioned by the customer service agent himself on the ticket that the items will be sent. I raised another ticket for the Rs500 cashback as the free accessories offer was replaced with a Rs 500 cashback offer during this period. My contention is that if you cannot give me the acessories then give me the cashback(either would do).  Even that ticket was closed without even bothering to provide a reply. Each call to Indiaplaza customer service means a 10-15 min wait for someone to come on the phone. And when the customer service agent does come on the phone they always promise to resolve it in 1 day but it never happens.


Naturally I wont recommend them or even use them again.  I was about to order another phone for my wife but now they have lost at least one customer.all for Rs 500. Talk about short sightedness.
