The indiaplaza.in has failed to deliver a raakhi that was supposed to have been delivered within 5 days(according to their own website), even after 12 days and now they have cancelled the order. when called up the customer care, they misrepresent and lie about the status of the order and finally saying that they cannot ship it. All through out they have made false promises and played with our emotions and feelings thus causing mental trauma and torture. This is the second time they are doing this to me. Last year also same thing happened and they finally delivered the raakhi after two days of the festival and as an apology they sent me a gift certificate worth Rs. 100, it was like throwing a biscuit at a dog. I decided to let it go then, but this time also they have done the same mistake.
the company is run by a bunch of unprofessionals who doesnt understand the words like, ’promise’, ’customer service’, ’feelings and emotions’. I am moving the consumer court against them to seek redressal for the mental trauma that they caused on us.
I sincerely advise everyone reading this review to never ever trust this company on getting your orders delivered on time.
