A camera was ordered on December 31, it still has not been delivered - they
refuse to specify what their refund policy is and keep asking for a few days
more. I have emailed 5 different people so far, now they want another 3
days - will the camera work after having been kicked around for so long? This
is not a pleasant experience, please think carefully before buying from them...
it seems to be third time unlucky for me (Deathly Hallows and a mp3 player the
first few times), this time the amount involved is also larger. And who does
one complain to? There seems to be no complaint mechanism, they promise to call
back and never do, and so far I have corresponded with five different people! I
dont want delivery now, the camera may be damaged, only a refund. This is
turning out to be a very bad experience.
