No delivery inspite of multiple follow ups

Very bad experience. Order number: IN1107110351 and status is "pending authorization" since 1 week. Have called them 4 times, sent 2 emails and submitted online complaint . but no response . It seems my money has gone into drain .

Dear Sirishk, Our sincere apologies for the experience you had. On checking the amount from your bank was transferred to our account only today, hence order was stuck in pending authorization.
