First of all I must tell you I was very afraid after seeing all these reviews on MS about IP, that too after I made an order, I was feeling afraid that whether I have made a wrong choice to buy from IP. Anyway, I ordered a Dell Venue Phone from IP on 4th July, Stipulated time of delivery given was 3 business day. I read these reviews and started regretting about using IP , I made a call to there CC and they inform me that order is being processed, I also told them that I am afraid after seeing all kind of reviews about the website, on which they told that its some cases which face issues.
Anyway, on 5th July my product was ready to be shipped , at 11:30 pm , I even got sms saying the product is despatched and the consignment number and I received the same on 6th at 11 Am, exactly within the timeline committed. The packaging was also superb and in initial testing the product is working fine.
