India Plaza.com is cheating customers

I placed online order on 6.2.2013 for flower bunch to be delivered on 9.2.2013 and paid Rs399/-. The product is not delivered till 1930 hrs on 9.2.2013. Their call center can be reached only through STD lines and you are always in queue, and it takes a min of 10 min to reach an agent. They are bunch of useless guys and apart from saying sorry every now and then they are not helpful.


Wrote to CEO at 12.30 pm expressing my disappointment and and again at 1930 informing that I will publish in online forums. The company is ANOTHER ONLINE FRAUD COMPANY> Please do not waste your money. My , mails to the CEO is given below

Since you did not either bother to deliver the item till 1930 hrs nor bothered to respond to my earlier mail till now, I take it that you people are only interested in swindling customers money. Therefore I take the liberty of publishing this in MouthShut_Official.com and facebook and I will create adverse wom publicity

I am disappointed to inform you that your service sucks.


I have ordered bunch of flowers to be delivered on the occasion of the birthday of a family member.


The product against the above order is expected to be delivered today and is not executed till 12.40 pm on 9.2.2013.


It is very difficult to access your call center in the first place and when I could get the number, I have been put on hold by your call center for 8 minutes moving from caller number 8) before speaking to an agent.- mind you I am calling from chennai on STD. and hope you realize it cost me money to speak on the STD.


Your call center agent informs me that you are free to deliver anytime today and I find this strange and an attempt to take the customer for granted.


My first experience with your co is bad, neither the product is delivered as requested nor am I able to reach you.


Do you still deserve to run the company?


I am posting this message in MouthShut_Official.com and facebook at 3 pm and hope you will ensure delivery before then and convince me of your intention to serve customers
