I had horrible shopping experience at indiaplaza almost 2 years. That time, I was buying a mobile phone. I had found that the whole purchase process is not customer friendly.
After 2 years of gap, this time I was trying to purchase something else. I thought they might have improved their process in 2 years of time.
But surprisingly, its all the same. Nothing has changed at all. Their customer support staff still work like a government employee. They have a lunch break also, during which nothing happens. The dont call up customers to proactively resolve issues. Basically dont care attitude. I am never going that route again.
