They are a bunch of lying frauds. I have had 3 disputes out of 5 times ive shopped with them. Once, i ordered a "deal of the month " headphone which was not delivered due to shortage of stock. They promised they would pay back the money but THREE MONTHS later, nothing.
And yet another time , they sent me the wrong book. I registered a ticket, and they advised to send the wrong book to their address which I did. Tracking in the courier, it was delivered on 25th November 2011 but as of 16 December, not a single piece of info has been given (Btw, I had ordered the book on 30th September, just imagine the delay and yet the wrong book).
Bottomline:- Don’t shop here.unless you love to burn your money.
