I received this on 29 Nov 2011. It was all broken inside. I called them on the same day and raised a ticket.
On 8 Dec 2011, they posted a reply -

Nobody has came to collect the broken product till today. When I called them again several times later, they said the same thing.
The website has an automated setting based on the problem. Every time you post a query regarding broken/faulty product, the above message appears within a few seconds !!!
The customer service executives are rude and arrogant. They dont even allow you to contact the person in-charge. In this case I was told that Ms. Sapna who is in-charge is either out-of-station or unavailable or having lunch when you call around 3.30 !!
I am never going to shop from this site again or recommend it to anybody ! There seems to be no one to contact other than the call center people who do not even forward you to the person in charge. I have the copies of the query log and the response from the customer service and the photos of the product as soon as it arrived. If nothing is done soon, I would certainly consider going to consumer court.
