I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S2 through IndiaPlaza website on 23rd October 2011. I was expecting it to be delivered by 3-4 working days as per the commitment published on their web site.
But even after a week of time when I did not receive it , I called up their customer care and got assurance that I would be getting it in a day of time. I waited for a day, but still I didnt receive . Then I kept on calling them everyday 2/3 times and I was getting the same reply, no other proper information about the delay in delivery. I chased them for 15 days after that, by spending most of time talking to their customer care executives , writing mails and raising tickets in their website. They started ignoring me, disconnected my call so many times. I got frustrated and threatened them to take legal action. Still they ignored me.Finally when I lodged a legal complain, they called up me, and deliver on the same day. So finally I got my mobile after 25 days.
My sincere advice to all online shoppers, dont go for any expensive stuff through IndiaPlaza. Also be careful with any kind of shopping with IndiaPlaza, because if something goes wrong then be prepared for the worst kind of customer service...
