Indiapaza.in- I Ordered for 2 books on December 13th. The shipping for the product was slated for 18th December. I got a message on 18th from Indiaplaza saying that the product will be shipped by 27th December.
Till 28th December, the product wasnt shipped . I registered a complaint online to their customer service in this regards on 28th December and the ticket was registered and acknowledged.
I Waited till 4th January, there was no answer to my complaint from customer service and No sign of the shipment. So I wrote back to them telling them that I will takelegal action if there is no valid answer from them. And Voila, in half hour I get back a message from customer service saying that the books are out of stock and my order stands canceled. Super Quick response to a treat! The money I believe would be refunded in due course of time and they supposedly regret the inconvenience caused. blah blah blah.
Friends, Indiaplazas supply chain with vendors is messed up. I think they owe quite a bit of money to their vendors and the vendors are hesitant in doing business with Indiaplaza. Till it was operated as fabmall, the going was not bad. Now under new management and lack of capital for basic operations, the service has gone from bad to worse.
If this is the kind of experience one has to go through then this spells doom to indiaplaza.
If they continue with the same business model and service they might as well close shop. Please avoid this website like a plague.
